Shipping is to the United States (except Arizona) Canada and Australia. We try to ship either USPS or Priority. If they are too heavy, we ship UPS. We try to ship products immediatly, but they must be shipped at least within 7 business days after order is received. Back-orders are shipped as soon as available. Return Policy
1. Products are non-returnable unless they are defective.
2. Pre-authorization must be requested by contacting customer service if your product is defective.
3. Defective product will be replaced promptly if defects are reported within 30 days of invoice and returned.
4. Copy of invoice must accompany defective returned product.
